Reggie Baxter is a figurative/portrait/mixed media artist currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland. After having worked in the business world, she decided to take up her keen interest in art and completed a Master’s degree in Art Business with Sotheby's Institute of Art. She then decided to return to her passion of creating art and continues to be dedicated to her craft by constantly working to improve and learn. She is an artist known for using vivid, emotive colours and different techniques to capture intimate, quiet moments as well as communicate emotions, ideas and unique perspectives.

Reggie has been an artist for over 20 years now and has attended numerous classes in cities in Asia, Tuscany, Sicily, Venice, London and now in Edinburgh. Through the years, she has participated in numerous group exhibitions including recent ones in a gallery in Madrid and New York and exhibited at the Edinburgh Art Fair 2023 to 2025 and at the Women In Art Biennale, London 2025. Reggie's work sits in private collections around the world.
